Raktamokshana is an effective Ayurvedic procedure that helps eliminate toxins from the bloodstream and restore physiological balance. It is a bloodletting therapy performed through various classical methods such as:

  • Jalaukavacharana (Leech Therapy) – gentle and widely used method
  • Siravyadha (Venesection) – controlled bloodletting through veins
  • Prachanna Karma – superficial multiple incisions
  • Shringa & Alabu (Cupping Methods) – suction-based techniques
