Bholaram Education Society (BES) was established in the year 2003 by the renowned and progressive industrialist Late Shri Ramesh Goenka, with a vision to contribute meaningfully to the welfare of society through the promotion of quality and contemporary education. What began as a humble initiative has evolved into a dynamic journey of educational excellence that continues with great momentum.
The Society took its first major step towards realizing this vision with the establishment of Delhi Public School, Gandhinagar in 2004, which was inaugurated by the then Hon’ble Chief Minister of Gujarat, Shri Narendra Bhai Modi. This marked the beginning of BES’s commitment to providing world-class educational opportunities.
Further strengthening its dedication to education and healthcare, Bholaram Education Society established the Goenka Research Institute of Dental Sciences (GRIDS) along with a 100-bed multi-specialty Goenka Hospital, which was conceived in 2010. This initiative integrated academic learning with practical healthcare services, benefiting both students and the community.
Continuing its commitment to inclusive education, BES launched a special initiative for children with special learning needs. This led to the establishment of Saaransh Foundation, a nurturing and inclusive learning space dedicated to supporting children with Autism and Dyslexia, where young minds are cared for, guided, and inspired to achieve their full potential.

Today, Bholaram Education Society is being guided by two inspirational next-generation leaders and Patrons-in-Chief, Mr. Apoorva Goenka and Mrs. Dimple Goenka. Under their leadership, BES continues to strive toward nurturing responsible global citizens for the 21st century.
The Society believes in bringing out the best in every child through care, compassion, and personalized attention. The philosophy of “a home away from home” and education with empathy remains the hallmark of all institutions under BES.
