Dr. Vaibhavi Hardikar is a committed Ayurveda academician and educator, currently serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Rachana Sharir at Manjushree Research Institute of Ayurvedic Science. With over seven years of teaching experience, she has developed strong expertise in human anatomy from an Ayurvedic perspective, with a focus on translating classical concepts into practical and clinically relevant knowledge.
Holding an M.D. in Rachana Sharir, Dr. Hardikar is skilled in curriculum design, hands-on anatomical training, and cadaveric dissection, having extensive practical exposure in anatomical studies. She is dedicated to enhancing student learning through interactive teaching methods, workshops, and skill-based training programs that bridge traditional Ayurvedic wisdom with modern educational practices.
She has actively contributed to academic forums through paper presentations at national and international conferences and has participated in numerous workshops and continuing medical education programs to strengthen her subject expertise.
