Dr. Devarsh Shaileshkumar Upadhyay is a highly dedicated Ayurvedic surgeon and academician, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in Shalya Tantra. With a strong foundation in both traditional Ayurvedic principles and modern surgical practices, he brings a balanced and integrative approach to patient care. Dr. Upadhyay has gained valuable clinical and surgical experience through his role as a Consultant Surgeon at Arpit Ayurved Hospital, Rajkot, along with his service as a Medical Officer in several reputed hospitals across Gujarat. His expertise lies in delivering effective, patient-centered treatments rooted in classical Ayurveda while incorporating evidence-based methodologies.

Dr. Upadhyay’s academic interests focus on integrative surgical management and research-driven Ayurvedic interventions. His work on the management of Indralupta (Alopecia Areata) highlights his commitment to advancing evidence-based practice in Ayurveda.
