Prof. (Dr.) Deepavali K. Kasare is a distinguished academician, clinician, researcher and administrator in the field of Ayurveda, presently serving as HOD & Professor at the Department of Swasthavritta & Yoga. She has contributed sincerely in strengthening Ayurvedic education and practice of lifestyle modifications along with ayurvedic diet concepts with over the 10 years of dedicated experience in teaching, clinical practice and research.

Dr. Kasarehas done her BAMS and MD in Swasthavritta & Yoga subject (Preventive & Social medicine, Yoga) and has acquired knowledge of Ayurveda practice. She is known for her robust knowledge on Preventive and Social medicine, Yoga, Ayurvedic diet and research.

Dr. Kasare has contributed towards the research on ayurveda though her authorship of 7 research articles in various national & international peer reviewed journals, has participated in more than 20 national & international seminars/ conferences/ Workshops/ Symposiums along with presentation of research paper & poster. She has authored 1 book related to ayurvedic concept.
